Who this notice covers

This notice applies to www.athh.co.za, the website for Andre the Hilarious Hypnotist. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@athh.co.za.

Information you provide

When you send a booking enquiry, the form asks for your name, email address, event type and city or venue. You can also provide a preferred date and a message. We use these details to respond, check availability and discuss your event. Required fields are needed to handle the enquiry; optional details can be left blank. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is used to send newsletter updates. Submitting a booking enquiry does not sign you up to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter email.

Service providers

Booking enquiries are submitted through StaticForms. Newsletter signup is provided by Beehiiv. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Ticket links take you to Quicket or Webtickets; purchases are handled on those providers’ websites under their own privacy policies and terms. Hosting and service providers may process information outside South Africa.

Website analytics and browser storage

This website uses Statjolt to measure visits, engagement and performance. Its script collects information such as the page path and title, referring page, campaign parameters, browser language, screen width, interactions and loading measurements. It stores a session identifier in your browser’s session storage. Requests to hosting and analytics providers also expose technical connection information, such as an IP address, to those providers.

The newsletter embed is loaded from Beehiiv and may use its own cookies or browser storage. Your browser settings can restrict cookies or storage; some third-party features may then work differently. This website does not use Google Analytics.

Retention and protection

We retain enquiry and booking information for the time needed to respond, manage the related event and meet applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. Provider-held information is also subject to the relevant provider’s retention settings and policies. We take reasonable measures to protect personal information, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us about the personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, and request deletion or object to processing where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Contact info@athh.co.za. Booking enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date or create a confirmed booking. Availability, fees, performance requirements, payment arrangements and cancellation terms must be agreed separately in writing. Any response-time estimate on the website is a guide, not a guarantee.

Tickets and show information

Ticket purchases are completed with the linked ticketing provider. Check the event details, pricing and applicable purchase, cancellation and refund terms before paying. Show dates, venues and times may change; confirm the latest details with the venue or ticketing provider.

Website content and links

The site’s branding, photographs and other content belong to their respective rights holders. Contact us before using content beyond what applicable law permits. External websites operate independently, and their own terms and privacy notices apply.
