Who this notice covers

Information you provide

When you send a booking enquiry through the embedded Gigster form, it may ask for your name, email address, phone number, company or organisation, and event details such as event type, date, venue, audience size, budget and additional information. We use the details you choose to provide to respond, check availability and discuss your event. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the form unless necessary.

Service providers

Booking enquiries are submitted through the form embedded from Gigster. Information entered into the form is processed by Gigster to provide the booking service. See Gigster’s privacy policy for details about Gigster’s information handling and retention. Links to Quicket or Webtickets take you to those providers; ticket purchases are handled on their websites under their own privacy policies and terms.

Retention and protection

We retain enquiry and booking information for the time needed to respond, manage any resulting event and meet applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. Information held by Gigster is subject to Gigster’s privacy notice and retention practices. We take reasonable measures to protect personal information, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us about the personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, and request deletion or object to processing where applicable. Booking enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date or create a confirmed booking. Availability, fees, performance requirements, payment arrangements and cancellation terms must be agreed separately in writing. Any response-time estimate on the website is a guide, not a guarantee.

Tickets and show information

Ticket purchases are completed with the linked ticketing provider. Check the event details, pricing and applicable purchase, cancellation and refund terms before paying. Show dates, venues and times may change; confirm the latest details with the venue or ticketing provider.
